WHAT IS UNIT ON-LINE?

UNIT ON-LINE brings our unique Unit One programming directly to you no matter where you are and where you prefer to train!


Our gym based program is designed to deliver results through a structured and progressive approach that has been tried and tested with our club members over the years.


Program Overview:


Initial 4 Weeks:

- Ease-In Period: Start with bodyweight and conditioning-focused exercises to ease into the program and build you up to the program intensity.


Week 5:

- Benchmark Sessions: Here we focus on some key exercises, setting a baseline to track your progress over time.


Weeks 6-8:

- Introduction to Club Programming: Begin incorporating elements of our exclusive Club workouts into your routine.


Ongoing Programming:

- Rolling Schedule: Follow our Club’s programming with a one-month delay, ensuring a continuous and dynamic workout experience.


- A Coach in Your Corner: Receive weekly check-in questions and access to a coach to help get you the results you want.
