The PRO's of joining the Unit One Team
All positions are fully employed.
This means you will benefit from; contracted hours, holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions and no end-of-year 'tax stress' to worry about.
We work and grow as a Team.
A lot of gyms will have PTs up against each other. At Unit One we help each other grow. We only bring in new coaches when our current team are happy with their client base and from there we will help each other grow as coaches and individuals every day.
Unit One only offers Personal Training
The whole gym and set-up is designed to make personal training effective. So no more fighting for equipment in commercial gyms or having to change your client's program due to lack of availability/space.
