My Favourite exercise
I’m a big fan of bodyweight exercises, pull-ups and dips are my bread and butter. But I love anything that’s challenging and pushes you.
Favourite Meal
Ha ha! This is the easiest question to answer, Pizza…
So much so, I have a slice of Pizza tattooed on my arm! And will debate about toppings all day.
Other hobbies
I’m a huge geek, I collect comics and love all kinds of sci-fi on TV and film. I’m also a massive Nintendo nerd and have a 20-plus-strong collection of handheld consoles.
A fan of MMA and BJJ and have trained on and off for a few years, I had a go at a couple of white-collar MMA fights a few years ago.
Most of all I love hanging out and doing cool stuff with my kids, girlfriend and labradoodle puppy, Taco.
Why would someone want to train with me?
Before I became a coach I had a busy corporate career, so I understand how challenging it can be to keep on top of your fitness whilst juggling work/family etc. The thing I loved the most about being a leader in various sectors was helping others grow and improve themselves and this ethos comes through in my coaching today.

My favourite exercise:
Difficult to give just one answer, I’m mood-dependent. I love anything that flows, movement flows, dancing, yoga, Pilates but then I also enjoy pretending to be Tyson Fury with pads and gloves but then I also like a good ramble with my walking sticks. I can go from age 21 to 81 depending on my mood 😂.
Favourite meal:
SUNDAY ROAST, all day every day - doesn’t even have to be a Sunday.
Other hobbies:
Think of friends, I’m a Monica in terms of being a hostess with the mostess and always planning ways of spending time with family and friends but with a phoebe twist 😂. I like to be “doing” and I know I can be abit “extra”. I love a sunrise, a brew, girl time, our fluffy Persians, a pair of pjs, keeping active and most of all being a mum to my son Charles.
Why would someone want to train with you?
I’m about balance and living stronger for longer, being able to move free with less aches and pains throughout life. I’m one of those people that get a kick out of helping others, I take you under my wing and genuinely care about you and your life, I want to see people achieve, be happier, be more confident and be healthier. Training with me is more than just a job to me. 💫

Favourite exercise:
To be honest just like living a generally active lifestyle. I like walks, bike rides, playing netball and lifting the odd heavy thing every now and then 🏋🏻♂️
Favourite food:
My god I just love food. I think this is why I love talking about nutrition so much …because I want people to love and enjoy food as much as I do without thinking they can’t be fit or healthy!
But favourite meal has got to be a good burger and chips…polished off with cheesecake, or cookies…or gelato …ok so I can’t pick a favourite 🥴😂
What do I do?
I support our Club members with online coaching. Together we look to work on goals and what steps we need to take to achieve them. Most of all, I help people achieve the healthy balanced lifestyle they’ve always wanted but struggled to due to being misled by the BS within the fitness industry.
