Hello! Jess here, we may have met, or yet to meet, but either way, here’s a little about me 👇🏻
My favourite exercise:
Difficult to give just one answer, I’m mood-dependent. I love anything that flows, movement flows, dancing, yoga, Pilates but then I also enjoy pretending to be Tyson Fury with pads and gloves but then I also like a good ramble with my walking sticks. I can go from age 21 to 81 depending on my mood 😂.
Favourite meal:
SUNDAY ROAST, all day every day - doesn’t even have to be a Sunday.
Other hobbies:
Think of friends, I’m a Monica in terms of being a hostess with the mostess and always planning ways of spending time with family and friends but with a phoebe twist 😂. I like to be “doing” and I know I can be abit “extra”. I love a sunrise, a brew, girl time, our fluffy Persians, a pair of pjs, keeping active and most of all being a mum to my son Charles.
Why would someone want to train with you?
I’m about balance and living stronger for longer, being able to move free with less aches and pains throughout life. I’m one of those people that get a kick out of helping others, I take you under my wing and genuinely care about you and your life, I want to see people achieve, be happier, be more confident and be healthier. Training with me is more than just a job to me. 💫

My Favourite Exercise:
Anything that involves jumping around! With a huge background in training both functionally and explosively, I love planning my workouts to make them varied and enjoyable!
Favourite Meal:
Oh no, there isn’t enough space! If I had to choose one then anything sweet like a tub of ice cream!
Other hobbies:
Outside of the gym I’m a bit of a weekend explorer hiking in the Peaks, Lakes or the Dales. Bit of a secret gamer too 🤫 Love to relax by watching a good old film or TV series although I haven’t enjoyed anything as much as Sons of Anarchy or Breaking Bad!

My Favourite Exercise:
I Like bodyweight exercises such as box jumps, pull-ups, handstand push-ups, climbing ropes, running the list goes on. I do like a good variety of exercises this keeps me motivated.
Favourite Meal:
This is a hard one! I don’t think I discriminate against any meal I like them all equally. Unless it is mashed potato!! (however, I do like a good-tasting menu and an opportunity to try something new)
Other hobbies:
I like a bit of rock climbing, scrambling, and hiking. I love to challenge myself, so I like entering events Like Hyrox and running events anything from a 10k road run to a 40km mountain race.
I also enjoy a weekend away with my wife and a nice restaurant with good food.
Why would someone want to train with me?
I believe health and fitness are about finding something you enjoy, something you look forward to doing, and miss when you're not doing it. So, working with me we will build solid foundations and I will look to incorporate health and fitness as part of a new happy lifestyle.

Hey everyone, G here! If we’ve not met, here’s a little about me and what I do at Unit One 👇🏻
Favourite exercise:
To be honest just like living a generally active lifestyle. I like walks, bike rides, playing netball and lifting the odd heavy thing every now and then 🏋🏻♂️
Favourite food:
My god I just love food. I think this is why I love talking about nutrition so much …because I want people to love and enjoy food as much as I do without thinking they can’t be fit or healthy!
But favourite meal has got to be a good burger and chips…polished off with cheesecake, or cookies…or gelato …ok so I can’t pick a favourite 🥴😂
What do I do?
I support our Club members with online coaching. Together we look to work on goals and what steps we need to take to achieve them. Most of all, I help people achieve the healthy balanced lifestyle they’ve always wanted but struggled to due to being misled by the BS within the fitness industry.
