When you join Unit One, we guide you through more than just a 10 minute gym induction...

OUR 8 WEEK PATHWAY PROGRAM

This programme is designed to lay the foundations of training and create the perfect pathway in your creating a fitter and healthier lifestyle.


The 8 weeks of 1-1 training with one of our coaches provides you with high-value education on how to use gym equipment and implement nutrition habits and changes in mindset to help you get the results you want.

Once complete, you will have the knowledge and confidence to walk into any gym and get the most out of your time, instead of the standard '10 minutes on each piece of cardio kit' routine we see too often.

5 BENEFITS OF THE PATHWAY

After the Pathway Program you will:

1. Feel confident each time you walk into the gym

2. Build confidence in yourself and what you're doing

3. Start to enjoy training and embrace it without the worry of "Am I doing this right?"

4. Know what exercises to do to help with any existing injuries/niggles

5. Have the opportunity to:
  a. Join our Group Club Sessions (both in the gym or online)
  b. Continue with 1-1 Personal Training with one of our coaches
  c. Take your knowledge away and continue with a routine that suits you

HOW DOES IT WORK?

One of our trainers will coach you through the basics of an effective and safe training session, this includes: 


1. Personalised suggestions to fix injuries or strengthen problem areas 


2. Learn about proper warm-ups, stretching, and mobility work


3. Understand how to do bodyweight exercises that really work  


4. See how to use gym equipment (not just here – anywhere!)  


5. Master movement patterns and good exercise technique  


6. How to train for your goal – fat loss, muscle gain, strength, sport  


7. Discuss best cardio techniques (and when to do them)  


8. Talk through ab and core workouts  


9. And become part of our community - we’re a sociable bunch!
