We value high quality coaching. Having 8 people max means our trainers can help people who are newer, those who have injures, and make sure everyone’s got good form throughout.

“Train smart not hard”. Luke writes the program for the month and our coaches instruct/guide you through the program each week/session.

If you are newer to exercise, or have injuries, our coaches know you, you goals and your history and will change the program to suit you (another reason why we cap the sessions to 8 members max)

No one at Unit One cares how much you’re lifting. Everyone’s there to be more active and get their training done in a friendly environment. No judging, no completion, no egos, just great sessions week in and out.

Every member that joins Unit One will complete our 8 Week Pathway Program. This is 8 Weeks of 1-1 Training to help you gain confidence with training, get comfortable in the gym, and feel ready to join the groups.
