On the flip side, you've been coasting. You've been ticking boxes. Training fairly consistently. Diets not been too bad. You're fairly happy where you're at physically and mentally... but you're ready for THAT next challenge...

Truth is, it's a bit different for everyone.
But the reason I'm putting these sessions on is because I know how much it's going to help you get started in doing what you said you would do.
So what are they?
It's going to be 1 day with me at Unit One - 10am-2pm (ish) on a Saturday.
A group of no more than 5 - Men only
We'll get together in the gym.
The first part will be talking between us.
I'm going to get you to answer some questions to find out;
Where you are at
Where you want to get to
Why you’re not there yet
And we will put a plan in place to get you there.
Then we’ll train. We’ll challenge each other. We’ll grab some food after.
For the months after, I’ll make sure you do what you said you’d do
Get ya shit together.
Dates are to be confirmed, but the first one will be £95
After that, they will be £190
What do you get for that?
- 4 hours of intense coaching with me (Luke)
- We will dig deep into your goals and where you want to get to
- A clear plan laid out to get you to your goals
- A chance to ask any questions around training and lifestyle
- A chance to sit with 4 other men in your position of wanting to better themselves
- A minimum of 12 weeks follow up from me to help keep you moving forward
