This programme is designed to lay the foundations and create the perfect pathway in your training journey.
It's 8 Weeks of Training that gives high value education in how to use the gym and implement nutrition techniques and mindsets to get the results you want.
Once complete, you will have the knowledge and confidence to walk into any gym and get the most out of your time in there instead of the standard '10 minutes on each piece of cardio kit' routine we see too often.
One of our PT's, will coach you through all of the basics you'll ever need for an effective and safe training session.
1. Personalised suggestions to fix injuries or strengthen problem areas
2. Learn about proper warm ups, stretching, and mobility work
3. Understand how to do bodyweight exercises that really work
4. See how to use gym equipment (not just here – anywhere!)
5. Master movement patterns and good exercise technique
6. How to train for your goal – fat loss, muscle gain, strength, sport
7. Discuss best cardio techniques (and when to do them)
8. Talk through ab and core workouts
9. Meet other gym members – we’re a sociable bunch!
